Location: Hybrid working - New Jersey office
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience

The Role: Research Director (RD)
As a Research Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading client accounts, ensuring the successful delivery of all project work, fostering existing relationships, and promoting account growth.
You will leverage your extensive experience in research project management to understand client needs, create tailored RfPs and projects, and lead your team in delivering exceptional service. Your commercial acumen will be key as you review account growth, collaborate with the Commercial team, and work closely with Consultancy to offer integrated solutions to clients.
In addition, you will mentor and develop less experienced team members. Our junior researchers are eager to grow, and your leadership will guide them through performance reviews, training, and career development, helping them achieve their professional goals.

Key Qualifications:
- Background: Proven experience managing complex quantitative primary pharma research with a strong understanding of various therapy areas.
- Quantitative research: Significant experience in leading projects from conception to conclusion. Experience in interpreting complex, in-depth data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
- Team Development: Track record of successfully managing and developing a team of researchers.
- Client Engagement: Strong communication and consultative skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the drug commercialization process and the pharmaceutical industry.
