Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for managing multiple projects and delivering exceptional client service? We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur!

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in running several projects simultaneously — from initial RFPs to final delivery and invoicing. You will collaborate closely with local and regional teams, ensuring smooth execution, on-time delivery, and consistent communication with clients and suppliers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Project Management

  • Manage end-to-end project administration — from booking resources to creating commissioning documents and maintaining project records.

  • Develop screener trackers, monitor patient recruitment progress daily, and flag any potential concerns to senior colleagues.

  • Coordinate the translation of research materials (e.g., screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, stimulus materials) within specified timelines.

  • Handle project close administration, ensuring alignment with sample, consent forms, and financial reconciliation.

  • Track project costs, profitability, and ensure approvals are obtained before commissioning suppliers.

  • Manage supplier invoices, client invoicing, and maintain accurate cost tracking.

Client Management

  • Participate in project kick-off calls with clients and internal teams.

  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally with clients, offering solutions to challenges when they arise.

What We’re Looking For

  • A number of years of experience in project management, preferably in market research in pharma or healthcare industries.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using SharePoint or similar tools.

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to work on multi-market projects across APAC and beyond.

  • Supportive and collaborative team culture.

  • Career growth through exposure to international clients and diverse industries.

  • Competitive salary and performance incentives.
