About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fieldwork Coordinator/Controller to join our research operations team in Manila. In this role, you will manage and execute field operations for both quantitative and qualitative research projects, ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality data collection from healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Attend project briefings and clarify objectives, timelines, quotas, and methodologies with the research team.
Recruitment Oversight: Manage recruitment of respondents (HCPs and consumers) through screening, coordination, and supervision of interviewers.
Interview Execution: Conduct and oversee interviews, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to ethical standards.
Questionnaire Review: Check and refine questionnaires for logic, flow, and clarity prior to field deployment.
Quality Control: Monitor fieldwork performance, conduct back-checks, and ensure compliance with data collection standards and pharmacovigilance procedures.
Data Support: Code open-ended responses, assist in data cleaning, and coordinate with data processing teams to ensure accuracy.
Administrative Support: Prepare contracts, review freelancer documentation, and assist with project-related administrative tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Research, Social Sciences, or a related field, ideally.
At least 2 years of experience in market research fieldwork coordination or similar roles.
Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
Excellent organizational, communication, and people management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online survey tools is an advantage.
Ability to multi-task, manage timelines, and maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
