The Role: Operations Executive (Remote) Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare market research? We're seeking an Operations Executive to join our Philippines-based team, supporting the execution of impactful projects for clients across the United States and Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Manage diaries, schedules, and fieldwork logistics to support smooth project delivery.
- Assist in developing and executing project-related administrative tasks, including screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, project documents, and compliance forms.
- Support the setup and quality control of project materials (e.g., analysis plans, report templates, other documentation)
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager and Senior Operations Executive to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Learn and utilise project management software to track, manage, streamline project workflows.
Experience Required:
- Experience working in an administrative or coordination position (market research experience an advantage).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Desirable: Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical market research projects.
