The Role: Compliance Operations Executive (Remote)

Are you highly organised, detail‑oriented, and keen to build a career in compliance within a global environment? We’re looking for a Compliance Operations Executive to join our Philippines‑based team. This role offers hands‑on, on‑the‑job training and the opportunity to support day‑to‑day compliance operations across international healthcare market research projects.

You’ll work closely with the Compliance team and project teams to ensure that all compliance processes, documentation, and training requirements are properly implemented and maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage the company File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site
  • Populate and maintain records of internal and external staff for Adverse Event (AE) training purposes
  • Ensure AE training certificates are correctly saved in project folders
  • Save and manage client‑specific AE form templates, including reference numbers and reporting instructions
  • Ensure written authorisation for subcontractors is saved prior to commissioning
  • Support compliance checks by ensuring fieldwork materials are reviewed before client approval
  • Ensure AE rules are prepared for all online studies before fieldwork begins
  • Prepare and save moderator briefing slides ahead of briefings
  • File reported Adverse Events, update the AE database, and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure required client forms (Observer and Safeguarding Agreements) are saved by project teams
  • Remind project teams of key compliance obligations, including reporting guidelines and data controller status
  • Move completed jobs from Job Closure to Archive in line with compliance procedures
  • Assist with client‑specific compliance training where required
  • Maintain and organise Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Confident communicator with good written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Good IT and computer literacy
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
  • Good problem‑solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a compliance environment

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • A science‑based degree is preferred but not essential
