We're looking for a Senior Research and Operations Executive to join our Philippines-based night-shift team, supporting research project delivery for US-based teams during their daytime hours and collaborating closely with the mid-shift Philippines team to ensure seamless continuity of tasks.

The Role: Senior Research and Operations Executive (Night Shift - Remote)
Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare market research? We're looking for a Senior Research and Operations Executive to join our Philippines-based night-shift team, supporting research project delivery for US-based teams during their daytime hours and collaborating closely with the mid-shift Philippines team to ensure seamless continuity of tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute research deliverables, including screeners, discussion guides, questionnaires, analysis planning (content analysis templates, tabspecs), report setup and quality control, report writing, and other project documents.
- Support and execute data review and management processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the mid-shift Philippines team through structured handovers to maintain continuity across shifts.
- Collaborate directly with US-based project teams to complete project tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Manage diaries for meetings and fieldwork services, ensuring smooth and timely coordination.
- Document progress thoroughly to support seamless handovers and alignment with project teams.
- Learn and utilise project management software to track and streamline project workflows.
- Experience working in a market research agency, with a demonstrated ability across scheduling, fieldwork logistics, and development or review of materials across the project lifecycle.
- Ability to manage tasks across qualitative and quantitative market research projects.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.
- Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills, particularly for collaborating across shifts and time zones.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Desirable: Experience in pharmaceutical market research projects.
